Loan Signing Agent

  • Loan Signing Services Coming Soon!

  • Each notarial act (each signature/document): $10 + travel fee 

  • Travel Fee: Dependent upon location of signing

  • I-9 Verification: $50 + travel fee

    • This is not a notarial act. At the direction of your hiring company, I will act as an authorized representative to certify that you have the correct identification documents.​

  • Outside of normal business hours/weekend fee: $30​

  • Unusual wait time: If there is a delay in the start of the appointment greater than 15 minutes there will be a $10 charge. $10 will be billed for every 15 minute increment past the appointment start time.

  • If the signer refuses to sign or does not have proper identification: Travel fee is still applicable

  • If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours: Travel fee is still applicable

Fast And Convenient

I will travel to your location. If you aren't comfortable meeting at your home I will meet you in a public place. I can meet at a coffee shop or even at your work.

All work is 100% guaranteed

If a document is rejected due to a notarial error (i.e. missing stamp or signature, incorrect state or county, or incorrect date), the notarial act will be performed again free of charge and no travel fees will apply.
